Experience Counts

As a School Board member, experience and qualifications will count.  Consider a few facts true of our Hillsborough County Public School System:

• The 8th largest school district in the U.S.
• We oversee the biggest budget of all; the education budget is 2.9 billion dollars
• The School Board has taxing authority
• We have over 26,000 employees, 2.7 million public school students, and 250 thousand students in Charter Schools
